We have worked closely with one of our valued customers Zeina Foods for a number of years. As a premium nut supplier Zeina Foods approached Tube & Wire Display in 2008 with a specific requirement for one of their Cash & Carry customers. Their brief was to design a stand suitable for displaying their nut product packs that would have maximum consumer impact but would also be robust. Another critical factor was the requirement for the stands to be mobile so that they could be easily moved and positioned in various locations throughout the store. The stands also needed to take up limited footprint given the limited space restrictions in many of the cash and carry stores.
From the initial brief, our design team at Tube & Wire Display produced initial designs to confirm exact specifications with our customer. Based on the agreed design some prototype stands were then built in our workshop by our experienced and highly skilled shopfitting team. These were trialied in store and based on their success many hundreds of stands were then produced by us.
All of the stands we produced are still in use today and have worked very successfully given that they fulfilled all of our customer’s requirements. Tube & Wire Display provided Zeina Foods with the full turnkey service from initial concept design, prototyping and sampling through to manufacturing, final production and delivery of the finished stands.
In 2012 , Zeina foods requested that the initial concept design be slightly adapted for use with another customer. Likewise with this successful project, the whole process including all manufacturing and project management was carried out at our extensive factory premises in Ashton-Upon-Lyne, near Manchester.
